Black and white dress short

This is a little something I made for my sister to wear at the Elf Fantasy Fair '07, when I wore my Victorian outfit. The skirt is s simple knee-length circle one, with a petticoat underneath. The skirt was very easy to make and had a zipper in the back, but the petticoat took a lot more time. The black half-coat is also made by my and is of some velvety fabric. This outfit is just a cute little creation, but I love it
It matches an other outfit I made for my mother and together they looked wonderful ^_^
