Description

I call this "Victorian" for it isn't Victorian at all. They wore bustles at the time and not hoop skirts. So basically it is a dress of an earlier time point, but for the hoop that has a strange form. Never mind that, just look at the general picture :P
I never wore this costume myself, can you imagine?
Have I mentioned that I love that hat? Well I do, I love it! :D
